Event Rental Terms & Conditions

1. The rental cost for the event room is $125 for a 3-hour period. This fee includes any setup and tear-down time that you may require.

2. Additional time can be added at a rate of $20 per hour, subject to availability.

3. No open flames are allowed within the event room.

4. No tape may be used on the walls or painted surfaces. However, Command Strips are permitted.

5. Payment for the event room rental is due upon booking.

6. A full refund is available if the rental is canceled 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

7. Verdant Salon reserves the right to adjust rental fees at any time, and the terms of this agreement may change accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel the event room rental, please provide at least 7 days' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Agreement Changes:

Verdant Salon reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. The Renter will be notified of any changes in advance.
